1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
New & Unopened Items: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item remains unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 2 days with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Used, Opened, or Customized Products: Due to the nature of audio equipment, returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or customized.
High-Value & Collector’s Items: For rare or high-value items, all sales are final, and refunds will only be considered in case of a verified defect.
Special Orders & International Sales: Orders shipped internationally or placed as special/custom orders are non-refundable unless covered by insurance for loss or damage.
3. Refund Process
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Deductions: Refunds may exclude shipping fees and restocking charges where applicable.
